Katherine has 45 years of experience in financial services.

She is the founder of VH Valuation Services. She established this firm in 2005 and has served as Managing Director since that time. VH Valuation Services provides business valuation services and damage estimates for a number of purposes including litigation, taxes and transactions.

She served on the board of directors of Central Trust Company, a bank holding company with investments in Wyoming and Minnesota. She played a leadership role in completing a $21 million transaction of Central Trust Company stock.

Katherine holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at theUniversity of Chicago, a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and has successfully completed the banking program at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

She is a CPA and is licensed in the State of Illinois. She is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter. Katherine is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Katherine spends her free time with her son, Jack, daughter-in-law, Karen and her grandsons, Trey and Jackson. She also enjoys fine dining, traveling and snow skiing.
